All treatments are customized to suit your needs, goals, timeline, and budget. If you have constraints or special events you need to work around, please let me know so we can create the treatment plan that best suits you! Pricing is reviewed at the time of your complimentary consultation and/or with follow up visits but please review and understand the following policies to help set your expectations.

All purchases of treatments and packages are nonrefundable. If you want to make changes, please discuss this with me and understand it is subject to a fee and any treatment already done will be converted to individual pricing as if single sessions were purchased rather than the significant discount which comes with a package of multiple sessions. In other words, if you purchase a package of 3laser treatments, complete 1 session but want to change to a different treatment, you do NOT have 2/3rds of what you paid remaining as credit nor do you have the price equivalent or 2 individual sessions of the originally purchased treatment as credit.

To help keep payment simple, transparent and manageable, I am adopting a 60-30-10 plan for packages of treatments with 3 or more sessions. This means, before or on the day of your first treatment, you can pay for your package IN FULL,

OR

you can pay 60% of the total for the package (minus any scheduling fee) preferably in cash, check, or Venmo. At the second session, you pay 30% in cash, check, Venmo, OR credit/debit card. At the 3rd session, you pay 10% with any of these means.

EXAMPLE: Your treatment package costs $2000. 1st session payment $1200, 2nd $600, 3rd $200.

If a scheduling deposit (normally $200-400) is paid, it comes off the package total balance and the remaining balance goes in the 60-30-10 plan. For a $2000 package, say you pay a $200 scheduling deposit. The 1st session payment is $1080, 2nd $540 and 3rd $180.

If a package involves treatment spanning longer than 30 days, I cannot accept CareCredit but otherwise, I accept CareCredit HERE with standard terms for smaller purchases, 6mo no interest if paid in full if less than $2000 and 24mo fixed, low interest if $2000 or more.

Although treatment and package purchases are nonrefundable, please discuss with me if changes need made. Before, during and after treatment, I appreciate your input and feedback so that I can try to make your experience the best I can.

If products are unopened, undamaged they may be able to be exchanged within 1 week of purchase. If you find a product to be damaged or faulty in some way, please arrange exchange with me.

No Shows for appointments are not necessarily penalized but of course I appreciate communication regarding any changes, especially if close to the scheduled time. You can make changes from appointment reminder texts or emails up until a certain time frame but you can text or leave me a VM or email me anytime after that. If multiple No Shows or changes are made, future scheduling may be limited or denied.
