What forms of payment does CB Skin Secrets accept? What are the payment policies?
- CB Skin Secrets accepts cash, check, Venmo, credit cards and selected payment plans through Cherry, CareCredit or there are other low or no interest financing options as well as my 60:30:10 plan. Purchases are non refundable and a $50 change fee will be applied to each change made to treatment packages after purchase. If you buy a package of 3 treatments or bundle any treatments, you may automatically get a discount. Keep this in mind before making changes as if you buy 3 Moxi face for instance, but only do 1 and want to make a change, your remaining amount is the total package price minus $50 change fee, minus the full price of a single session of Moxi face (you DO NOT have 2/3rds of your paid total remaining to work with).
Does CB Skin Secrets bill insurance?
- CB Skin Secrets does not bill insurance. Most procedures and products that are offered are not covered by your insurance provider. Also, since I work without a staff to manage claims, I am not able to provide coding and insurance submission services. However, you may submit your bill for reimbursement to your insurance provider yourself. Click here for instructions on submitting your bill for insurance reimbursement.
