Instructions

1. Click to go to the scheduling page.
2. Click on an available appointment time on the calendar.  Any appointment times that are not available will not be listed.  To change the date click on the ‘Next’ and ‘Prev’ arrow buttons.  Once selected, your ‘Requested Time’ will be shown below the calendar.
3. Fill out the ‘Appointment Information’ fields.
4. Click on the ‘Schedule Appointment’ button at the bottom (you may need to scroll down).
5. If you get an ‘error’ or don’t seem to be able to complete the process with your desired time, try a different available time.
6.  You should receive a confirmation email and reminders about this appointment from ‘reminders@drchrono.com’. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive a confirmation email.
